Join us for a Spooktacular performance by the VSO and guests Victoria Ballet Theatre! Fun concert for the whole family! Special guest to be announced! Pre-concert activities begin at 5:30PM, including an Instrument Petting Zoo, Face Painting, a Children’s Discovery Museum booth and much more!
